("Website") is operated by lustrelux diamond("we" and "us"). You accept the following terms by using this website to place an order. These provided to make sure that everyone understands and accepts this agreement to keep us safe and sets expectations for our service.

1.GENERAL

Based on the quantity of stock. We sometime discover stock variations and may not be able to deliver all of your items at the time of purchase, given our best efforts to maintain correct stock counts on our website. In this situation, we will ship you the products that are available and get in touch with you to ask if you want to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or have a refund processed.

2.SHIPPING COSTS

The weight, size, and destination of the items in the order are used to find the shipping fees at checkout. Shipping charges will be deducted at the time of purchase.

The ultimate cost of delivery to the consumer will be this amount.

3.RETURNS

3.1  RETURN DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND

Shine Jewel is happy to receive returns for change of heart as long as the request is received within 30 days of the item's delivery and the item is returned to us in its original packing, unused, and in a state that can be sold.

The customer is responsible for making their own shipping arrangements and will be responsible for paying for return shipping.

Refunds will be converted to store credit for a future purchase as soon as returns are received and approved. We will send you an email to let you know when this is finished.

Shine Jewel will pay back the cost of the returned items, but not the cost of delivery.

3.2 WARRANTY RETURNS

As long as a claim is submitted within seven (7) days of the products being received, Shine Jewel is ready to accept any valid warranty claims.

Customers must pay for return delivery costs in advance, however we will pay you if your warranty claim gets accepted.

You know that Shine Jewel will handle your warranty claim within 7 days after receiving the returned items.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

 

 

 

(a) refund to your payment method.

(b) a refund in store credit.

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available).

 

  1. DELIVERY TERMS

4.1 TRANSIT TIME DOMESTICALLY

Domestic shipments normally require 2 to 7 days to transit

 

4.2  CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

Orders placed at 12 AM PDT (UTC-07) will be shipped that same day; if not, they will be shipped the following business day.

With the exception of national holidays, when it will be closed, our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours. We take action in these situations to guarantee that shipment delays are minimize.

4.3 CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

Requests for a change in delivery address can be made at any moment beforehand of the order being shipped.

4.4 P.O. BOX SHIPPING

lustrelux diamond  will only use postal services to mail to P.O. box addresses. For these places, we are unable to provide courier services.

4.5 MILITARY ADDRESS SHIPPING

We can use the USPS to ship to military addresses. We are unable to use courier services to provide this service.

4.6 ITEMS OUT OF STOCK   

In case that an item is out of stock, we will get the products that are in stock right away and the remainder items as soon as they are back in stock.

4.7 DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED

Please get in touch with us so that we may look into the delivery time if it has gone outside what was expected.

 

 

 

  1. TRACKING NOTIFICATIONS

Customers will receive a tracking link upon delivery, allowing them to monitor the status of their cargo using the most recent information provided by the shipping company.

 

  1. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Please contact our customer care and refuse the package from the courier if you discover that it is damaged while in transit. Please contact customer support with the next steps if the package was delivered without you being there.

7.1 SALES TAX

The price of the products as shown on the website already includes sales tax.

Packages have insurance for damage and loss up to the courier's specified value.

9.1 PROCESS FOR PARCEL DAMAGED IN-TRANSIT

shortly as the courier is done checking into the claim, we will begin processing a refund or replacement.

9.2 PROCESS FOR PARCEL LOST IN-TRANSIT

Refunds or replacements will be processed as soon as the courier has investigated and decided that the product was lost.
